Rachel Aaron, fantasy writer and all around cool lady, has a BRILLIANT blog post about maximizing your writing productivity to reach a 10K goal: How I Went From Writing 2,000 Words a Day to 10,000 Words a Day.
Impossible, you say? Read her blog post to learn how she accomplished just that. The best part about the post is that it can be applied to any type of writer and made to fit the unique style and work method therein. I’m eager to put her plan to action to see how it works best for me.
She also equates the success of writing productively to getting drunk on writing and writing as an opiate — and we all know how writers tend to handle the likes of drugs and alcohol. SO GET TO WORK!
